Return Policy

- To qualify for store credit, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact, within 30 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any future purchase.

- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

- This policy complies with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), which prohibits misrepresentation of refund terms and ensures transparency in consumer transactions.
